WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer two shipping options for orders inside of Kuwait, both are delivered with 24 hours from making your purchase:

Option A: REGULAR delivery 2 KD 

- Orders made between 10 AM and 3 PM will be delivered on the same day (It might be delivered the next day for far areas like farms and chalets).

- Orders made between 3 PM and 10 AM will be delivered the next day.

Option B: EXPRESS delivery 3 KD

Express delivery uses a special car that delivers one order at a time. 

- Orders made between 8 AM and 3 PM will be delivered on the same day

(It might be delivered the next day for far areas like farms and chalets).

- Orders made between 3 PM and 8 AM will be delivered the next day.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping through DHL.

All international orders (outside of Kuwait) might take up to 2-14 days to be delivered depending on weather conditions and customs in each country.

Please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
